Clarity Wellness Community is a progressive not-for-profit organization providing mental health services in Allegany and Wyoming counties. Clarity’s mission is to empower people with care, connections and support for a lifetime of choice. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time Associate Executive Director of Administrative Services position in our Wellsville, NY office.

The Associate ED of Administrative Services reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for:

• Serving as Clarity’s Corporate Compliance Officer, who is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Compliance Program for effectiveness.

• Reviewing and revising, periodically, the Standards of Conduct, the Compliance Program, and policies and procedures as changes occur within Clarity, and/or in the law, regulations, or governmental and third-party payers.

• Planning, organizing, and overseeing all training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Overseeing the Consumer Complaint process in collaboration with other members of the Executive Management team.

• Grant Writing and Management: Responsible for researching, drafting, and submitting proposals to obtain funding from various sources, such as government agencies, foundations, and corporations. Prepare and submit required reports to funders on the progress and outcomes of funded projects.

• Experience in conducting internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Proficiency in monitoring ongoing compliance and addressing issues promptly.

Training and Education
• Developing and delivering compliance training programs.
• Ensuring employees understand and adhere to compliance requirements.

• Demonstrating high ethical standards and integrity.
• Ensuring ethical conduct throughout the organization.

• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensuring data protection and privacy compliance.

Education and Experience
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or health related field is required, master’s degree preferred. A minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare or related field. Experience with regulatory issues and New York Medicaid program requirements preferred. Must be resourceful and a self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision, possess initiative and be skilled in task and time management.
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
