  • Leave Accruals
    Vacation leave is accrued at the rate of one day per month, to a maximum accrual of 24 days.Sick leave is accrued at the rate of one day per month, to a maximum accrual of 40 days. Clarity Wellness Community offers employees 9 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays annually. Three personal leave days are accrued on the employee's anniversary date.
  • Health Insurance
    Health insurance to full-time, regular employees. Employees may opt to enroll in a Flex Savings Account with pre-tax payroll deductions. This coverage will become effective the 1st day of the month following 30 days from the employee's full-time start date.
  • Dental Insurance
    Dental plan for employees who work at least 20 hours per week. For those employees who elect to join this plan, premiums are deducted from the employees paycheck on a pre-tax bi-weekly basis. The coverage will become effective the 1st day of the month following 30 days from the employee's full-time start date.
  • Retirement Plan
    401(k) Retirement Plan sponsored by T. Rowe Price. Full-time or part-time regular Clarity Wellness Community employees, who have reached the age of 21 and have completed a three month period of employment during which 500 hours was worked, are eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan. The employees have the option of making a contribution (salary deferral) of up to 15% of their gross pay (within IRS guidelines). After one year of service, Clarity Wellness Community matches up to 3% at 233% of the employee's gross pay.
