HOURS: Full Time/40 Hours
RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Counselor III works independently in a dynamic clinical setting providing a variety of counseling, rehabilitation, and support services. The clinician works with children, adolescents, adults, or families who are experiencing behavioral health concerns. The main duties include: Completing face to face initial assessments to determine medical necessity for treatment, conducting face-to-face individual psychotherapy sessions or therapeutic groups, developing individualized treatment plans by conferring with the person being served and other essential individuals to promote optimum mental and emotional health. Counselors work toward increasing a person’s capacity to live independently by facilitating and coordinating with other service providers and natural community supports. Duties may require involvement in community outreach and advocacy.
QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Clinical Social Worker with at least 5 years of experience in mental health setting and some experience with clinical supervision. Preferred certification or extensive training in at least 3 or more approaches. Must have a valid driver’s license. Use of personal vehicle may be necessary.

Must be licensed in New York State. Must have exposure to evidence based practices through education, work experience and trainings. Preferred certification or extensive training in at least 1-3 evidenced based practices. Must have a valid driver’s license. Use of personal vehicle may be necessary.

Program Support Staff - Wellsville NY
HOURS: Full Time/40 Hours
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Support staff will work closely with program therapists, community initiative programs, case managers, nurses, and prescribers to provide support to the various programs. Support staff is responsible for writing and maintaining accurate and timely documentation related to the provision of service. Will complete daily confirmation calls, oversee and implement the schedule for prescribers, receive and review medical records, work with other members of the support staff, and complete other support tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree in Human Services or closely related field is preferred. High school diploma with at least 3 years’ experience in human services field is acceptable. Must have strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Must have a valid driver’s license.
